Ivan Lettings Limited was founded by George Alexandru Ivan (Alex). The business has a passion for helping others in all aspects of life one of those being to find their next home, taking the stress out of a stressful situation. Our company catch line really captures our aim of helping others stating 'Our business is to take care of yours'. The business is completely family run including all the renovations and work involved in this, meaning we truly care for creating a comfortable home for all.
Small scale renovation projects have become a passion of our company, seeing the true before and after's and the difference you can truly make to a property. This is something as a company we are keen to continue with alongside supporting those in the community to find their next home.

Well the answer is that we strive to make the whole process as easy and comfortable as possible. While most agencies will not provide maintenance or refurbishment as part of their services, we indulge in taking on little projects so you can enjoy your time and relax instead.
